A record number of 23,710 understudies have applied to look at drugs at UK schools next September.

New figures from the assertions organization Ucas show a 6% extension in the number of people applying for a degree in medicine, stood out from a year prior.

By and large, 68,680 understudies have applied for all degree courses with an October 15 cutoff time, up 4% on a year back, the assertions organization notwithstanding.
